- Each license covers installation on a single PC only - please contact us to
enquire about discounts for additional licenses
- Software is supplied as an internet download
- Software upgrades are provided free of charge to customers who subscribe to
maintenance. Other customers may be required to pay an upgrade fee.
- Customers who subscribe to maintenance are eligible to submit enhancement
requests. These requests will be assessed with a view to the benefits/
impact on other customers. LinkageWiz Software reserves to right to
refuse any enhancement requests.
- Bespoke enhancement requests may be considered on a fee-for-service basis
- A Purchase Order Number will be required for Government or Business customers
undertaking payment by cheque
Return Policy:
LinkageWiz Software complies with the guidelines established
by the South Australian Office of Business and Consumer Affairs. You should
ensure that
LinkageWiz meets your business and technical requirements by using
the trial version of LinkageWiz prior to purchase. Refunds are not generally
available
unless you are able to provide sufficient evidence that LinkageWiz is
unable to meet your overall business requirements. Any evidence must be provided
by
fax or email within 10 days of purchase. Customers will be liable for all
shipping charges, merchant fees and exchange rate movements.
